Certificate III in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - new resource kit!
A kit of 50 resources, developed by NSWFITC to support skills development through enterprise/ Registered Training Organisation delivery and assessment or recognition (RCC/ RPL) processes, was launched recently at Parliament House.
The target groups for the skills kit are new and existing workers in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry such as operators, leading hands, team leaders and supervisors.
The resources are designed for easy client customisation and integration into an organisation’s current training and operational systems. They have been endorsed by the National Quality Council.
Each Kit for the following 12 units of competency contains a Learner's, Trainer's, Recognition and Assessment Guide:
- FDFOPTPAP3A: Participate in an audit process
- FDFPHCP2B: Operate a compression process
- FDFPHDRM2A: Dispense pharmaceutical raw materials
- FDFPHEP2B: Operate an encapsulation process
- FDFPHGMP2A: Implement Good Manufacturing Practice procedures
- FDFPHGMP3A: Monitor the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice procedures
- FDFPHGP2B: Operate a granulation process
- FDFPHLM2B: Operate a liquid manufacturing process
- FDFPHTC2B: Operate a tablet coating process
- FDFPHTSP2A: Operate a terminal sterilisation process
- FDFZPRCR2A: Work in a clean room environment
- FDFZPRSYS3A: Operate processes in a production system
Assessment Guides only are available for these competencies:
- FDFCORBM2A: Use basic mathematical concepts
- FDFCORWCM2A: Present and apply workplace information
